Jan 30 2012: SWEMSA Outdoor Soccer Registration
Outdoor soccer season is coming soon and the SWEMSA website is now open for registration of Twin Brooks kids ages 4 through 18. We encourage everyone to please pre-register on the SWEMSA website and bring two (2) copies of your printed registration forms along with the 2 or 3 required cheques on the registration days this will save you time as opposed to filling them out in the library.

Please note that you will be required to have a current community league membership before you can finish your registration. You can get your membership on line by going to the Membership page on the Twin Brooks membership page.

You are welcome to fulfill your volunteer commitment by working one of the registration shifts. Contact the TBCL Volunteer director at volunteer@twinbrooks.ca.

FEES: If you are registering in person, please note that you will need to provide THREE cheques:
1. Fees (click here for prices)
2. Volunteer Deposit
3. Jersey Deposit

AND, if you don't have a 2011-2012 Community League membership yet, you will need a cheque for that too (available at the soccer registration).

Jan 12 2012: KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR 2012-2013

George P. Nicholson school now accepting kindergarten registration for the 2012-2013 school year.

Please note: your child must be 5 years of age on or before March 1, 2013.

You must bring:
- proof of residency (e.g. driver's license)
- your child's birth certificate/passport
We will accept students outside our catchment area if there is space available. Registration is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis for morning and afternoon classes. If you require further information, please contact the school at 780-439-9314.

Dec 22 2011: Help Lead Your Community
We still have volunteer Board openings for:
- Social Director
- Vice President
- Programs Director
The TBCL board is a wonderful opportunity to know first-hand what is going on in your community and to help develop and maintain initiatives that add to our quality of life. It is an enthusiastic and positive group which will also take on the responsibility of managing the new outdoor ice rink this year.
